Struttura molto antica risalente al XV sec. Presenta una facciata a capanna con un grande portale litico ad ogiva. All’interno sono custodite preziose sculture in legno come la pala d’altare della Cappella del Rosario; un fastigio con decorazioni laterali e cimasa con nicchia contenente la statua lignea della Madonna col Bambino del XVIII; confessionale in legno intagliato del XVII secolo. Nella sacrestia è presente uno stipo con scomparti e pannelli decorati sul tipo monastico datata 1706. Nella navata destra sono presenti due botole, una porta nella cripta sottostante l’altare di San Sebastiano, l’altra è un accesso ad una fossa tombale. Conserva due affreschi: uno dedicato alla vita e ai miracoli di San Francesco di Paola, e l’Ultima cena. Probabilmente tutta la chiesa era affrescata e decorata ma con la scarsa manutenzione non sono giunti fino a noi.

Very old structure dating back to the 15th century. It has a gabled facade with a large ogive lithic portal. Inside there are precious wooden sculptures such as the altarpiece in the Rosary Chapel; a pediment with lateral decorations and cymatium with niche containing the wooden statue of the Madonna and Child from the 18th century; confessional in carved wood of the seventeenth century. In the sacristy there is a cabinet with compartments and decorated panels on the monastic type dated 1706. In the right aisle there are two hatches, a door in the crypt below the altar of Saint Sebastian, the other is an access to a grave pit. It preserves two frescoes: one dedicated to the life and miracles of Saint Francesco di Paola, and the Last Supper. Probably the whole church was frescoed and decorated but with poor maintenance they have not come down to us.
